To my soon to be wife...

I once thought that the ideal age to get married was 25, but that was 4 years ago, hence it never materialised. When I turned 25, I thought, I should do it before I turn 30; it looks like I’m track this time. The truth is it’s not about how old you are, but who want to spend the rest of you life with. But of course there will be circumstances as you grow older, which I wont discuss in this entry, he he.

For me, it wasn’t love at first sight, it wasn’t *Crash!*Boom!*Bang!* the first day we met, but it was definitely the best darn thing that has ever happened to me since…since EVER! (except accepting Christ as my Lord and Saviour)

Loving you has been pure delight to me. Seeing you smile is all I ever hope for, and holding you in my arms brings great joy to me everyday. Some might call it lucky, but I call it God’s grace and blessings. I wouldn’t trade you for ALL the treasures on this earth, nor will I let you go under ANY circumstances.

As our wedding day draws nearer, I want to assure you that for the rest of your life, I will be there for you, to protect and guard you, to watch over you and keep you from harm’s way, to make you laugh and to cheer you up, to support you in times of need and to pull through together when times are bad, to argue for the better and never let the worst stumble us, to always look to God no matter what happens, to walk in his way all of our days, to provide you with the best, to enjoy every funny moments and joy that comes our way, to  appreciate each other, to having our own family, to the day we grow old and death do us part, I will be with you. This is my life commitment to you!

Please do not be afraid, for I know God is there for us. If He is with us, no one can be against us. He will fulfil every promise that he has made, not just the big ones, but also the small. We will rest assured that He has a plan for us. Though we charter into unknown territory, there will be a light guiding us through.

I love you, Eunice Ooi Tsu Lynn! :)
